Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of freight transportation services:

- Services are considered non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched  
- Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed  
- Cancellations prior to dispatch may be eligible for partial refund depending on costs incurred  
- TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) fees may apply if equipment has been assigned
