These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided bySahlis Transport INC DBA Logistics Road Solution  / Logistics Road LLC.

Services  
We provide freight transportation and logistics coordination services across Canada and the United States.

Quotes and Rates  
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Rates may change if shipment details are inaccurate or modified.

Payment Terms  
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment terms are Net 15 or Net 30  
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees  
- We reserve the right to hold future services for unpaid invoices

Cancellations  
- Orders cancelled after dispatch may incur full or partial charges  
- Truck ordered and not used (TONU) fees may apply

Liability  
- Cargo liability is subject to declared value and applicable insurance limits  
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, border inspections, or unforeseen events  
- Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation

Broker/Carrier Role  
We may operate as a motor carrier or arrange transportation through third-party carriers. All partners are vetted for compliance and insurance.

Governing Law  
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation (Canada and/or United States).
